This maintenance and restorative project looked to supply and install speed bumps into the office car park, painting the kerb in high visibility paint, as well as removing rotten balcony timber decking alongside the installation of composite decking for a preventative, sustainable and proactive approach to maintaining external parts of this office building for our client.
These essential works restored the rotten balcony with a sustainable composite material and source for longevity and safety of use as well as visible speed bumps and kerb paint that highlighted their presence for the protection of staff and visitors navigating the car park. Creating a widely-used offering to essential spaces and a long-term focus to maintaining outside areas of this business building.
