The Project

Trevor Blake Fit Out were instructed to undertake the refurbishment of various areas at Nescot College during the summer holidays.

Nescot College standing for North East Surrey College of Technology is a further education and higher education college in Epsom and Ewell, Surrey, England. Originating as Ewell Technical College back in the 1950’s and now enrolling somewhere in the region of 2,000 students under 19 and 2,500 adults in educational studies -- the college makes for a popular choice within its location.

Staying compliant with regulations and ensuring the college offers all it can to its students and beyond to provide the best resources, is of the highest priority to Nescot and one as a contractor we were only too happy to assist with.

Nescot Sluice Room 2 2021

The Project Works Consisted Of:

  • Creating a nurses training area including a sluice room which was created from the existing science room.
  • The refurbishment of central wink corridor.
  • The refurbishment of west wing Classrooms.
  • New flooring to the Adrian Man Theatre.
  • Mechanical and electrical alterations to comply with current regulations.
  • Plus, redecoration to a variety of spaces.

The Result

The end result was of huge benefit to the whole college community and meant that alterations maintained compliance to current regulations, whilst all refurbishment works offered a greater use of space and a revived look to enhance study areas.
