Reception refurbishment, Redhill, Surrey

SES Water PLC are a water only company supplying residents in East Surrey and parts of West Sussex, West Kent and South London. They supply drinking water to approximately 687,000 consumers in 286,000 properties across an area of 322 sq miles.

The reception area at their Redhill HQ was 18 years old and no longer supported the needs of the business so Trevor Blake were invited to create a new design scheme to coincide with the launch of new company branding.

Over 6 weeks, Trevor Blake refurbishment team worked with the SES Water project team on a new concept that would include the new branding and celebrating 150 years of water supply.

The final design was then benchmarked in the market place to ensure best value before Trevor Blake were engaged to implement the design.

Working within an occupied building we coordinated with the SES Water project team to develop a works programme that maintained business continuity and minimised disruption.

The new reception has been extremely well received by both staff and visitors and Trevor Blake has subsequently been asked to provide design and fit out ideas in other areas of the building.
